DO YOU OFFER EMBROIDERY FOR TUNICS OR APRONS?
We suggest you google embroiderers in your local area who can give you a customised service.
If having any items purchased from Spring Spa Wear embroidered please check that you have received the correct colour, size and style before having embroidery. ?Once any items have been altered or embroidered Spring Spa Wear can not exchange or refund the item.
WHAT FABRIC ARE THE UNIFORMS MADE FROM?
Micro stretch is a new fabric that has been developed by Spring Spa wear ?to meet the specific demands of the Spa/Beauty/medical industries.? A great deal of research has gone into the production of this fabric, which is of an exceptionally high quality. It has a luxurious look and feel, while having all the practical requirements needed to keep the wearer cool, comfortable and looking very smart and professional at all times.
The fabric is woven using a light, ultra fine microfibre yarn, mixed with a small amount of elastane (Lycra). The microfibre gives the fabric its softness durability and drape, while the elastane adds a small amount of stretch both ways which ensures the garments are extremely comfortable to wear during an active working day, and which also help the product keeps its shape.
The fabric washes extremely well in cold water, and genuinely needs no ironing. It comes out of the washing machine looking like new.? It naturally dries quickly, but can be tumble dried on a cool setting if necessary. If you do wish to iron use the low setting.
Care has been taken to ensure that the fabric will not pill, is moderately resistant to bleach and has a shrinkage rate of less than 2% over the life of the product.? The fabric is pre-shrunk, fade resistant and long wearing.
Important- ensure correct fabric, fit & colour before embroidering garments as no returns or exchange will be accepted on any items that have been embroidered. When buying our fabrics from our fabric suppliers dye lots can and will vary by 10%. Spring Spa Wear can not avoid this occuring and will not accept returns due to slight colour variations.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase and need to be in a clean re-sellable condition with the original packaging.
Post your exchange back to us with a copy of your original invoice and a note explaining what you would like to exchange your?item for.
Spring Spa Wear will cover the cost of one exchange within Australia.
Additional exchanges to be paid for by the customer.

DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS?
Unfortunately we can not do alterations. Our uniforms are made from a standard patterns at time of manufacture. Contact our office for further information firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SAMPLES?
You are welcome to place an order online for a sample order, but we ask you to keep your order under the value of $500 so you can get a refund if you decide?not to keep the samples.
Unfortunately we lost a large amount of money on samples and are no longer able to send free samples.
We suggest you order one or two styles in a few sizes to determine the style, size and colour you wish to go with before placing a full order.
Please be sure to send all samples back in a clean re-sellable condition within 14 days to receive a refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES?
Yes absolutely, just send your exchange back to us with a note so we can send you the new size.
Spring Spa Wear will cover the cost of one exchange for Australian orders, any additional exchanges must be paid for by the client.

HOW CAN I REMOVE WAX FROM MY UNIFORM OR APRON?
You can use?wax solvent solutions to remove wax from your uniforms.
We recommend you wash the uniform immediately afterwards to remove any wax residue.
Please follow the washing instructions on the swing tag attached to your new uniform.
Wash in COLD water on a gentle cycle. Do not wash in warm or hot water as this can cause colour to run and shrinkage. Only use washing detergents without enzymes and do not use fabric softeners. This effects the stretch in the uniform fabric.
DO NOT WASH WITH TOWELS AS THIS CAN CAUSE PILING TO THE FABRIC.
Wash only with the same colours, for example only wash a black tunic with other black items.
Wash or treat fabric marked with oil or product right away.
Our uniforms and aprons can be put in the low temperature clothes dryer, they are all pre-shrunk.
We recommend you do not put the bed runners in the dryer, these have a cord on the edge and they will shrink if?put in the dryer. ?Please just wash and hang to dry.
As with the balance of our bed linens and gowns do not wash with towels to avoid any transfer of fluff and wash bed blankets and other dedicates?separately. DO not use bleach and please use a low setting on your iron.
