We love your uniforms! Do you offer embroidery services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service, but all of our tunics and aprons can be embroidered. We suggest you Google Search embroiderers in your local area to receive a fully customised service.

If you want to embroider a Spring Spa Wear item, please check you have received the correct colour, size and style before embroidery. Once any items have been altered or embroidered, Spring Spa Wear cannot exchange or refund the item.

I heard you have your own unique blend of fabric… what fabric are your uniforms made from?

Product Information on Micro Stretch Fabric
Micro stretch is a new fabric developed by Spring Spa Wear to meet the specific demands of the spa/beauty/medical industries. We have spent extensive hours researching the fabric needs of each industry and have produced a product of exceptional quality. The fabric we use at Spring Spa Wear has a luxurious look and feel, while incorporating all the practical requirements needed to keep the wearer cool and comfortable. Not to mention, you’ll also look like a million bucks!

The fabric is woven using a light, ultra-fine microfibre yarn, mixed with a small amount of elastane (Lycra). The microfibre gives the fabric its softness, durability and drape, while the elastane adds a small amount of stretch both ways to ensure the garments are extremely comfortable to wear during an active working day. The microfibre also helps to keep the shape of each product.

This unique fabric washes extremely well in cold water and needs no ironing. It comes out of the washing machine looking brand new! It naturally dries quickly but it can be tumble dried on a cool setting, if necessary. If you do wish to iron, please use a low setting.

Care has been taken to ensure that the fabric will not pill. It is moderately resistant to bleach and has a shrinkage rate of less than 2% over the life of the product. The fabric is pre-shrunk, fade resistant and long wearing.

When buying our fabrics from our fabric suppliers, dye lots can and will vary by 10%. Spring Spa Wear cannot avoid this from occurring and will not accept returns due to slight colour variations.

I purchased the wrong item, can I return or exchange it?
Items can be returned up to 21 days after purchase and must be returned in the original packaging. Items must be clean and in a re-sellable condition.

Please post your exchange to us with a copy of your original invoice and a note explaining what you would like to exchange your item for.
We do not offer any exchange or refund on spa bedding.

Spring Spa Wear will cover the cost of one exchange within Australia.

Additional exchanges must be paid for by the customer.

I lost a button – what do I do?
Each tunic is supplied with a spare button. If you require more buttons, please order spare buttons from our website.
Do you have a catalogue? How can I see it?

You can view and download our latest catalogue from our home page and also subscribe to our mailing list to receive all of our latest offers.

I love your uniforms, but I’m looking for a different colour. Can you customise colours and styles?

We customise colours and styles for orders over 20 or more items. Please email us at info@springspawear.com.au for more information.

Do you offer alterations?

Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations. Our uniforms are made from a standard pattern at the time of manufacture. Contact our office for further information info@springspawear.com.au.

Do you have free samples?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to send free samples.

We suggest you order one or two styles to determine the correct style, size and colour.

Please be sure to send all samples back in a clean re-sellable condition within 21 days for a credit note.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, absolutely! Just send your exchange back to us with a note so we can send you the new size. Spring Spa Wear will cover the cost of one exchange for Australian orders. Any additional exchanges must be paid for by the client. Please visit our returns and exchanges policy page.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items special orders or spa bedding.

Help! I spilt wax on my uniform. How can I remove it?
You can use wax solvent solutions to remove wax from your uniforms or aprons. We recommend you wash the uniform immediately afterwards to remove any wax residue.
Washing Instructions

How should I wash my uniform?
Please follow the washing instructions on the swing tag attached to your new uniform. Please wash in COLD water on a gentle cycle. Do not wash in warm or hot water as this can cause colours to run and shrinkage. Only use washing detergents without enzymes and do not use fabric softeners. This will effects the stretch in the uniform fabric.

Can I bulk wash my uniforms and towels together?
Please do not wash your uniforms with towels. This can cause piling to the fabric. Wash only with the same colours.

Our uniforms and aprons can be put in the low temperature clothes dryer, they are all pre-shrunk.

We recommend you do not put the bed runners in the dryer. Our bed runners have a cord on the edge that will shrink if put in the dryer. Please only wash and hang to dry.

Please do not wash your bed linen or gowns with towels. It will transfer unwanted fluff. Wash bed blankets and delicates separately.

DO not use bleach to wash anything.

Please use a low setting on your iron.
