New Zealand Hair and Beauty Expo Competition – Terms and Conditions

The competition is open only to attendees of the New Zealand Hair and Beauty Expo 2024.
Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
The competition is not open to employees of Spring Spa Wear, their immediate families, or any affiliated companies.

To enter, participants must:

Attend the Spring Spa Wear stand at the New Zealand Hair and Beauty Expo on either the 15th or 16th of June 2024.
Place an order of any amount with Spring Spa Wear
Post a photo of their Spring Spa Wear items or the Spring Spa Wear expo stand on Instagram and tag the @springspawear Instagram handle.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry meets the above criteria.
Entries must be received by the end of the expo on the 16th of June 2024.
The competition starts at 9:00 AM on the 15th of June 2024 and ends at 5:00 PM on the 16th of June 2024.

There will be only one winner.
The winner will receive a refund for their order in the currency they paid with, refunded to their original payment method.
The prize is non-transferable, and no alternative prizes will be offered.
The winner will be randomly drawn.
The draw will take place on the 30th of August 2024 at 10:00 AM AEST via an Instagram Live video on the @springspawear Instagram page.
The winner will be notified by phone call and email. The prize will be delivered by refunding the winner’s order to their original payment method.

Spring Spa Wear will not be responsible for any banking fees or charges incurred during the refund process.
The winner must respond to our phone call or email within 14 days to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner may be drawn.

By entering, participants agree to provide accurate contact information and to comply with these terms and conditions.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Spring Spa Wear website.
Participants’ information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

Spring Spa Wear is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur in connection with the competition or the prize. Spring Spa Wear reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

This competition is independently organised by Spring Spa Wear and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the New Zealand Hair and Beauty Expo or its organisers. Spring Spa Wear is solely responsible for the administration and execution of the competition. The New Zealand Hair and Beauty Expo is not involved or responsible for the competition, other than providing the event space where Spring Spa Wear will be present as an exhibitor.
