Wipe dry with soft cloth and ensure no water is left sitting in the bowl when not in use.
The copper bowl is finished with a lacquer to protect the bowl from exposure to air and moisture. Copper will patina, or antique over time, this is normal.
To help retain the original appearance, you may wish to apply a thin coat of olive oil or baby oil to the bowl’s interior, let it sit overnight, then polish with a soft cloth.
